Opening Specific Outlook Folders

You can create commands to open specific Outlook Folders in Fingertips.

 

That makes it possible to easily open your Waiting For list or another folder, by just entering one command, instead of navigating around Outlook with the mouse or the Ctrl+Y shortcut key.

 

By default the "n" command is set up to quickly open the Tasks folder in Outlook ("n" stands for "Next Actions").

 

The easiest way to create a new command that opens another Outlook folder is by copying the "n" command and pressing the Folder button to select a different folder for your new command:
