Navigation:  Features > Export List of Commands

 

The Options Dialog has a 'List Commands' button at the bottom.

 

If you press that button, a full list of all commands will be placed on the Windows Clipboard in a format that is suitable for pasting (Ctrl+V) in Excel.

 

However, you can also paste the list in another application, like Word or even Notepad, and print it from there to use as a reference.
